Node B some sectors down without any alarm in Node B & RNC

Node B some sectors are down without any alarm in Node B(3418) & RNC.

Anyone can help what could be the problem and solution please

Try checking if the RU's & FU's are enabled, and also check if the iub link is enabled.

Hi,

All are ok and iub link is fine. Its working sites and i can connect to the site remotely via RNC/OSS.
For example site "A" 1 sector is working but other 2 are down like that. Physically everything is fine.
I am thinking could be the problem in RNC GPB cards? please advice

check localcell id defined in rnc.must be same in rbs

Thank you for your valuable replay and please can you send me moshell command list for " GPB " cards? and how to identify which Utrancells are in which card in RNC?

Hi! If you mean Iublink you may get the corresponding GPB by finding RNC Module.
For this get first proxy of your Iublink:
> pr iublink=iubxxxxx
then
> lk proxynum
You will see then RncModule for your Iublink.
