Information about cell choice in the different states ?

Hi all,
So I am asking about which SIB the UE is listening to, when trying to change the cell in the following states:

DCH state.
FACH state.
Idle mode.

1. UE does not read SIB in CELL_DCH
2. CELL_FACH SIB4 and SIB12. If they are not broadcasted SIB3 and SIB11
3. IDLE SIB3 and SIB11
