I would like to know if someone can share some examples of refarming 2G-3G to LTE and one definition about this term?

The idea is to liberate the frequencies belonging to a technology for use on another technology.
For example, take 25 GSM channels in exchange for a UMTS channel.

25 * 200KHz = 5MHz
