Does anyone know about the meaning of Measurement Power Offset that is configured in RNC in HSDPA?
When MPO is too high or too low, how does it affect to CQI reported by UE and scheduling in NodeB?
Thank you so much.

The parameter should be set to produce CQI reports that are centered
with respect to the CQI reporting range. If the parameter is set too low, it may not
appropriately represent the power allocation to the HS-PDSCH, resulting in the UE
reporting CQI=0 across a large SNR range in cell edge conditions. In this situation, the
Node-B cannot schedule any data to the user. If the parameter is set too high, the UE
assumes a higher-than-real power being allocated to the HS-PDSCH and will report very
high CQI values. However, the risk of often reporting the maximum CQI (upper limit
reached) across a large SNR range is not that high as for the lower limit case, especially in
fading environments.

Thank you so much. But I cannot see the picture because I am only junior member. :)
