hi guys, i need help here,
1. does anyone know reference for channel coding rate value and spectral efficiency for mcs index (0-28) in 3GPP TS36.213 table 7.1.7.1-1? I want to use it in atoll for radio bearer..
2. for bearer threshold selection at default UE/Cell Reception LTE in atoll, which one do you use to enter from data mcs threshold (DL 1Tx-2Rx EPA05 BLER=10% (June2009),etc) at NSN Dimtool parameter?
