Enhance KPIs in 2G

Dears,i hope to make this thread as a reference to how enhance main KPI in 2G network.1- CDR.2-congestion (TCH and SDCCH).3-HOSRif any one need to add any KPI, kindly tell me.



CDR:
1- check overshooting problem.
2- check frequency clashes.
3- check H/W issues.
4- missing neighbors.
5- Congestion on the neighboring sites.
6- external interference from a jammer.
7- MAIO and HSN configuration.

i add see alarms and statistics of handovers between cells (bad definition of extern,BCCH, other cells...)
