I need to calculate initial prediction for LTE on 740MHz for asian metropolitan area.
Just have clutters + DEM, no other data. Which model would be most accurate without any tuning (SPM, ITU529, Okumura)

I think Okumura. But it would be better CrossWave. Good to find a building height maps.
