Hello guyes,
I had one problem that is HSDPA service. SDCCH attemt performed many times and SDCCH success rate is very low. Its about 30%. is it normal? Else how to solve this problem? Whats kind of parameter and factor affect this success rate? We use Huawei equipments(RAN 10)
