Could you share a tool to analyse a CTP (Call Trace) for GSM ******** technology

There is an OMC tool named CAT (CTP Analysis Tool), It's included in the OMC package, If some one could share it.
Any way
CTP traces on ******** technology are raw text file, we could develop a parser with perl to extract needed information.
