Neighbor planning in 3g

Hi Experts,
What is the best neighbor planning tool for 3g (or what are good)?

Which mapbasic tools is very good to see neighbors in map with diffrent layers (3g)?
For example we have 4 carriers (2 900 and 2 2100) I need to see neighbors in diffrent layers in diffrent color.

Hi,
You can check out with Gladiator as it is totally customizable according to users wish, where different layering is possible and you can see the neighbours as well. but it is not as such a Neighbor planning tool.

Hi,
If you have two different Physical Database for two different Carriers then you can put up different sizes and colurs to differentiate them. I have only one carrier but I use this thing to differentiate my 2G & 3G Cells. Bigger size cells drag to map first then smaller size cells- Layering happens.
