ZTE 3G - High PS CDR due to "unspecified failures"

Hi,

I am facing high no of "unspecified failures" due to which PS CDR is very high.

-- Number of RNC initiate RAB release by Iu release request for PS-HSDPA by unspecific fail(Times)

any suggestions/recommendations ?
