How to view 3G UMTS/WCDMA mobility parameters on NSN system?

I want to collect some 3G mobility parameters (Cell selection, handover parameter ...) of NSN system. But i do not know how to find them on system. Please help me to find them!

Do you know how to export the networkt into XML File? This file you can use.

Please....you login to NetAct -> Configuration Management -> CM Operation Manager -> Export Actual Configuration
You will get XML from this export, and then you convert this XML using Plan Edit into MDB format.

Then you can open the table:
