Hi everyone,

I can not find the value of T313 Timer in UMTS DT Log file. So, Should T313 be set default value? The vendor is NSN.

it's a system (hidden) parameter, you'll not see it. Only vendor can access/change this. check the default value in vendor's documentation, and contact them to ask if it has been changed for some reason.

Some parameters are not available in log file mean they are set default value. You can find in 3GPP Specs: TS25.311. I have just known this. :)
