what is the difference between dynamic power sharing and second carrier?
also how to apply UMTS900?

hi Alex,

dynamic power sharing mean that power from first carrier can use also by second carrier, so it will increase CE for traffic channel. The purpose of dynamic power sharing is to efficient the CE than will make high capacity on that sector.
