I have an alarm in mini link TN called lower layer down i try everything to cease this alarm and i don't solve the problem

i find an e******* officiel document and the probable cause is unavailable

so please if someone can help me that was a greatfull

once i also encountered these alarm.

your right the docs said its unavailable . . . specially if you have alex in TN...

- is the link still up for both NE and FE? try to conduct telnet or ping the IP of FE.
- If the NE-Near End has the alarm of (Lower Layer Down)
- then checked the status of your RAU IF - CONFIGURATION of your FE-Far End
