Hi All,
I just activated CBCCH, 900-BCCH, 1800-TCH.
All CS KPIs improved on both layers, PS KPIs are severly degraded on the 1800-TCH layer
The TBF succ rate formula has become unstable, since then it is having spikes above 100% at Segment level. when we drill drown the coutner NBR_DL_TBF is found to be more than the TBF_ESTB_STARTED (or also the sum of all TSL request).
TBF drop rate as also degraded alot on 1800-TCH layer, MS lost has increased many folds.
HAs any one faced such issue, any suggestion.
NBL, GPL/GPU, LAR/LER, BFG, alpha/gamma have been tested with extreme values but no impact at all.
