Anybody have experience on Hi-T against E1 down but no alarm captured/log, really thanks on your help,

Do you still have this problem?
Maybe some alarms are blocked.
Try to display blocked BSC alarms:
ZABO:;

Also try blocked BCF alarm:
ZEOE:;
