Iub sync delay in RNC 3820

Dear Experts,

We are facing iub sync delay issue in RNC is 3820 W10 both on ATM and IP Node B's but its mainly on IP sites. what could be the reasons behind sync delay and solution to overcome the problem ?

Where do you get the reference clock from the system? Do you have an IP network that synchronize all the system?
