Most books I read about RF Planning have nothing to do with that subject :)
There are books about Radio principles, wave propagation etc... but there are no real books from which you can learn how to do real RF planning.
For that you have to take user guides that some vendors write for their engineers and analyze real projects and methodologies used in such guidelines.

But, if you don't know anything about RF... start reading Rappaport book or any other similar books...

I recall reading all three books by William S. Lee. Rather old, but written to explain and to teach masters of our profession.
Then some modern book on top of it ;-)
