MAX_RETRANS Effect

Dear Experts;

Kindly I would like to have your feeback regarding decreasing the MAX_RETRANS. My concerns related to the Customer perception , as this will increase the propability of re-calling again where the user will receive network busy in the first attempt when It fail.

Max_Retrans will not gonna help in case customer receives Network Busy in first attempt. Max_Retrans is applicable in cases, UE does not receives response from Network.

So decearsing it might affect user preception as it increase probability to receive " network busy" message.
