what's the technical reasons of using CW for model tuning while we could collect real life measurements in case BTSs already on Air

how could you my friends choose your CW Antenna type 'I mean gain, how much gain in case of 900MHz, 1800 MHz and UMTS'?

of course it will be Omni-antenna, light weight

Also when will you adjust your transmitter, how much power will you set?
also in case of 900MHz, 1800MHz and UMTS
