Is there a way to optimize the value for RxLev Access Min (ACCMIN for E*******)?

What's the recommanded values?

it is depend on what kind of optimization you need, do you want to hold the MS, or release it faster ?

Actually I'm interested to have good KPIs, especially Access Failure and drop call rate.
