I have big delta between VS.RAB.FailEstabCS.RNL and (VS.RAB.FailEstabCS.Cong + VS.RAB.FailEstabCS) , can someone explain why , vendor is HW.

what is your RAN ??

I think your comparison is not right maybe "VS.RAB.FailEstabCS" is the total number of failures. (I couldn't find it in R12)

for R12, the below pic shows the counters relation :

thanks for reply .unsp is .cong which is total cong . RAN is R12
