Is code congetion important in WCDMA? If code congeted what is impact on effort service? How to know code congetion? (Huawei)

Code congestion is important in WCDMA just like SDCCH/TCH Congestion in GSM. Code congestion is pegged by counters. RRC and RAB will be rejected, degrading the Accessibility.

For Huawei you can check for code congestion using the following counters:

VS.RRC.Rej.Code.Cong (Number of RRC Connection reject due to Code congestion)
VS.RAB.FailEstCs.Code.Cong (Number of CS RAB Unsuccessfully Established due to Code congestion)
VS.RAB.FailEstPs.Code.Cong - (Number of the PS RABs unsuccessfully established due to "No Resource Available" due to code congestion)
