Error load logfile using Actix.

When I load the first logfile and display it in Map, this is good. After that I load another logfile, a message appear like this:

I use many Actix version(Release 2011, 2-2012, 3-2012) have the same problem. Please tell me solution. Thank you very much!

u use a actix with ?(C-R-A-C-K main exe file)

if you have a c***ed actix in widnows 7, then you will have this problem

(in widnows XP this issue does not appear)

for solve your problem you need use actix with only lservrc lic file without C-r-a-c-k Analyzer.exe file.

i have tried this but unfortunately it does not work...
FYI i am using SE emulator and i have attached the lservrc and dongle emul. is this the configuration you are using?

new ver of actix lock with Disk ID and Ethernet add
you use old ver lock with dongle id and for use this u need c-r-a-c-k Analyzer.exe file

You are right.

For March 2012 version, I can only use original actix.exe with lservrc file.

But it's strange. I can open lte log file but I can not see LTE associated parameter in left window.

In older version with cr@ck actix.exe and lservrc, there is no problem.

Any solution, please?

My experienced, it is due to either your actix license not support the log format or the log is not supported by actix.
