I think no no automatic arrangement, no menu for that..
If you confuse finding the NodeB just use the navigation tree..

Hello there,

You can use the search tool just type Ctrl + f and the search form will appear very quick. But you are right, Huawei needs to include automatic network element arrangement in their future release.
