I m trying to apply HSUPA 5.6 MBPS would anyone tell me the requirements for getting HSUPA 5,6 MBPS in Huawei RAN 12

-Mother Board type used in Node B

- RNC Configurations

-License and features needs to be there to get the highest rate :D
