Low Level for DCS1800

Dear Support;

I have problem, one sector installed above building with 1800 band configration 1*4, in the Ideal mode the level is good, while in dedecated mode inside the building the level is -90, please note the building consist two floors and the antenna installed on Mast 6 meter above the building.

I increased the TX power nothing is changed, how can i increase the level to be -60 inside the building,

The M-tilt is 4 and the electrical is 2, antenna height from ground is 10 meter., the power was set as shown in below.

Dear

also i face same problem with Huawei vendor
the problem was from power control adjustment parameters

to check is the same problem with u , pls disable the activation of power control
