Alcatel and Huawei

For a fresh graduate who wants to become a professional RF Engineer, which is preferred?

Alcatel has been going through a lot of restructuring in Europe recently while Huawei has been growing. Alcatel are probably still a little more innovative in my opinion.

Huawei's market dominance is growing recently so i guess you'd like to be in a company with more projects in hand.

In some countries, although some Operators have most projects under Huawei, Alcatel is somehow the Operator's consultant to that particular Huawei project.
In my point of view, if you want to learn and as your training ground, work with Huawei first, but learn how to tolerate stress first..

as a fresh graduate you will work first in your own country before going oversea and it's all depend on your country, if in your country there are more operators who use huawei than ALU then go to huawei bcos you will experience a lot of project, if there more operators wo use ALU then go to ALU..
