3.1 Bugs Corrected:
- Too high Tx Power presented for Qualcomm LTE UEs.
- Device activation/deactivation and some data service events not always correctly
timestamped.
- Misleading SIB decoding for Sony E******* Xperia arc and X10.
- Problem with HASP SL license detach. – New HASP driver provided to eliminate
this problem.
- PCTel MX LTE spectrum scan sometimes froze the application. – Default value for
Number of Sweeps changed from 1 to 8, reducing the amount of scan reports
delivered.

Does TI 13.1 support Anritsu ML8740 Area Scanner ???
