Tnx

XLSTAT is a suite of statistical modules that run in Microsoft Excel.

The core product of XLSTAT has functions to prepare, describe, analyze, model data and to test a hypothesis. The procedures included consist of a wide range of statistical methodology including statistical graphics, contingency tables, univariate and multivariate analysis, regression analysis and both parametric and non-parametric statistics.

There are additional separate modules to:

allow the display of data in 3 dimensions.
apply a powerful solution for time series analysis and forecasting, including time and frequency domain analyses, seasonal analyses, test of trend and smoothing.
apply regression using a projection space, including partial least squares regression, principal component regression and ordinary least squares
apply tools suited to sensory analysis and other techniques related to understanding customers' perceptions, as in marketing analytics.
apply advance forms of multivariate analysis, including canonical correspondence analysis, generalized Procrustean analysis, multiple factor analysis, redundancy analysis and canonical correlation analysis
apply techniques of survival analysis.
undertake dose analysis, as used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
create structured analyses using dynamic pivot tables, forming a hirearchy among the variables which depends on their contribution to the target variable and identifying which variables most influence the target variable
implement PLS Path modelling
undertake analyses specific to statistical process control
apply simulation techniques estimate the probability distribution of important variables
analyze the behaviour of statistical tests, including examining their statistical power and sample-size
XLSTAT has a further group of add-ins suited to different types of user and their applications:

sensory analysts
healthcare professionals and researchers
those taking the Six Sigma approach to management projects
those building explanatory or predictive models.
[edit] Compatibility with Microsoft ExcelThe XLSTAT statistical analysis add-in offers a wide variety of functions to enhance the analytical capabilities of Excel.

XLSTAT's statistical analysis software is compatible with all Excel versions from version 97 to version 2010 (except 2008 for Mac), and is compatible with the Windows 9x till Windows 7 systems, as well as with the PowerPC and Intel based Mac systems.
