strange problem in pathloss 4.0

in the pathloss 4.0 after I entered the sites list and go to network module i found all sites focused in one point and can't see the map with correct shape.

I tried to open any saved project and i found the same problem.

what happen to the program, I can't understand that.

I found an solution by uninstalling .net framework and setup it again.
then it is working now.

Enter the sites(Link) and join the link in network module one after the other.
