please i need help with high SD drops on country borders within my network. the network is er*******.

interfernce from within my network or external with the neigboring country?
we have design all border cells to have a unique BSIC.

I HAVE CHECKED THE BSIC AND I DONT BELIEVE ITS INTERFERNCE BECAUSE ITS AFFECTING ALL CELLS ALONG THE COUNTRY BORDERS. I THINK IT MIGHT BE WITH AN CORE PARAMETER BUT OUR NSS GUYS SEEMS NOT TO HAVE ANY IDEA.
CAN THERE BE ANY CORE NETWORK PARAMETER THAT CAUSES HIGH SD DROPS.

You can do one thing kindly check what is the value of MSRADIOLKTMOUT & BSRADIOLKTMOUT (RLT values) if it is less you can increase it so that the SD drops will automatically reduce

i have changed rlinkt from 16 to 32. any suggestions and reccommendations.
