Generates equipment of Call and SMS

Dear Engineers


I need a equipment that Generates Calls from Celullar equipment to any phone Number, also this equipment can generates SMS.
The idea is that this equipment can Handle to thirty (30) SIMs, and can calls simultaneously this 30 SIM.
Also, This equipment can handle SMS.
For example, this could be a scenario:
10 Call to Movil phone
10 Call to Fix Phone
10 SMS to Movil Phone


The equipment must be have a system to see the CDR (Successful Calls, Successful SMS)




These are the specification of the equipment:
1. A system able to generate cellular calls 2G (GSM) / 3G (UMTS-HSPA) and SMS. So call/sms origination is from mobiles (SIM cards).
2. Automatic Generation of voice calls with B-number and call duration predeterminated. About of 1,000 calls per minute although I think that is too much.
3. Automatic Generation of SMS xx per minute (not specified)
4. Be able to schedule whole calls/sms at whatever programable time.
5. Be modular and flexible to use
6. Optionally generate reports of calls (statistics).
