Low RLC rate but High troughput

dear all Huawei expert,

i have a question about Drive test result. i found some cases in huawei 2G network that in DT result (using TEMS) , The RLC throughput is low but the application throughput is very high. example RLC throughput is only 0,5 kbps but the application throughput reach 100 kbps.

is it fake throughput or there is something wrong ? as an addition, in other site both throughput are normal. example RLC thr is equal to Apllication throughput

Normally, Application_throughpun = RLC_throughput*0.9.
Your case is very strange.
It can happened of some Windows problem, buffer or file problems.
Please change testing procedure:
1. Uze big ZIP/RAR files for test.
2. change computer, with fresh system.
