yeah i checked the same..there is some issue with e the macro..but i dont know VB. cant repair it..let me find somthing alternate for the same.

maybe, if you have the newer version of it like dimtool version 2.3.1 or 2.3.2 perhaps, you can share it for alternate :)

labview is a general purpose language, thought its hardware orientation. you can simulate almost anything.
