can't open Pathloos 5

I downloaded Pathloos 5 from the forum and patched it with "p5g_supl.bin" file then when i tried to open "pl50.exe" the program didn't start and nothing happened.

I found this instruction in this Thread :

You should follow instructions already posted by Mr thang271 on date 2009-07-04 :
This is script.

1. Install and initialize original version.
pathloss 5 complete.rar - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download
2. Uninitialized original version.
3. Re-Initialize with new seial number and activation code.
Serial number: BL50-3G3YE5H-345GHY6-5634
ActivationCode: ERBVV-34721-605F
4. Copy p5g_supl.bin in C:\Program Files\Pathloss 5\geo_data to another to use later.
5. Uninstall original PL50
6. Install PL50 version April 20, 2011.
7. Copy above p5g_supl.bin and overwrite to C:\Program Files\Pathloss 5\geo_data.
8. Copy file mitab.dll from mitab.dll and overwrite to C:\Program Files\Pathloss 5.

but I can't understand how I can intialize and unintialize the sw? where I could put the serial number or activation code? and where is the update?
