Counters files for Huawei for UMTS

I am trying to get counters files for Huawei for UMTS, They are usually xml files. If anybody has a sample could you please send me one?

Do you asking for some document (such as UTRAN Parameter) or xml files (which i doubt will there anyone share it)?
