iManager U2000 weblct for RTN

It's weblct V100R002C01 for Huawei RTN 605...RTN 950. Don't need install, just unpack.
Intenet explorer should be default browser.

Yes just unpack and run startweblct. Then you are ready to go. Make sure you have internet explorer as the default browser.
