RPMO I guess. Optional (of course).
Complete tracing data is pushed to OSS, and parsed there,
COmpletely closed format: I guess complexity and impact to basic OSS functinality prevents anyone from using it.


If you need classic trace, voice only, then MTR is what you need.
Activated from CS core, it takes trace of one call . FIle format is well documented, it is easy to parse.

Not to my knowledge: but maybe they added some functionality in last few years.
I recall some 3GPP standardized trace triggering being discussed somewhere, but no details.
There used be plenty of operators with E/// BSS and non-E/// MSCs.
