Base on BSS14 release is 3GPP Release 7 September.

BSS14 Software release compatible to individual network element (NE) releases.
It consist of
BSC S14, MetroSite CXM7, UltraSite CX7, and FlexiEDGE EP3

And supported by NE releases:
NetAct OSS5.1 CD set 3, MSC M14.4, MGW U4.2 and SGSN SG7
CD2

The basic BSC S14 software release will be compatible with Talk Family DF7 BTS software release

BSC SW release S13 will be the last compatible software level for the InSite BTS SW. Therefore, no support of BSS14 is foreseen.

There is nothing new in the doc attached.Its an old one with no descriptions on the new POC/HOC parameters introduced by NSN from version S13.So if possible pls upload a new once.Thanks
