LTE drive test

Hi all,
we tried to make drive test in LTE with TEMS13 but in the L3 messages we don't see the "Measurements control(DL/UL-DCCH)..
Is there somebody to have idea where can be the problem, in the eNB settings or in the used device(Hua_E398)?

LTE RRC implementation does not define a MEASUREMENT CONTROL message. LTE mobility events A3, A2 etc are sent to the UE using a RRC RECONFIGURATION message. The UE still uses MEASUREMENT REPORT to report these events to the eNodeB.

Hi Wolverine,
for these reasons I'm looking for TEMS13 Drive test for LTE cells to compare with mine because as I know in the L3 message should be Measured control messages for DL-DCCH and UL-DCCH. In this message should be measured info RSRP/RSRQ.... The problem is that the UE doesn't measured the neighbour cells and in TEMS file I see just the measurements for AC.For the MN cells I see just cellID without measurements of RSRP..
