we can't ban people just because of his purpose, actually, his post may be helpful for someone.

if his post is nonsense then we can delete the post and/or give negative reputation to him.

Even you can give negative reputation if you think the post is nosense.

Everyone has his/her judgement, that's the best way to keep our forum tidy.
