MTH800 no programming mode

Hi, I have a problem with MTH800 that in any way does not enter the programming mode. Anyone can help me. Thanks

1. Connect the cable to the radio and the PC
2. Remove the battery and put it back again
3. Then you need to put the terminal into programming mode by pressing 1+9 and power, the cps should find it and the display will flash.
