We just got TEMS 13 to test LTE. Kindly let me know which modem is fully supported [show all parameters] to TEMS 13 and LTE.

whoever sold you tems investigation should give you full support

You should tell us which LTE license you bought. There is one different license for Qualcomm, Samsung or LG modems. TI13 supports LTE analysis by default, but measurements require this dedicated license.
