Hi Experts,
We put 70% DL load for DT purpose on all the cells of one of our cluster (still not commercial). We had a HSDPA connection that seems to take all the remaining DL power up to 95% of Total power (power offset is 5%). Then when we try to start as CS call, will the HSDPA power be reduced in order to accept this CS call (CAC access threshold for AMR call is 80%) ? What is the algorithm that is going to reduce the HSDPA power in order for the CS call not to be rejected ? How does it work with CAC algorithm ?
The point is that we have many Call Setup Failure for DL power congestion with 70% load+1HSDPA+1HSUPA and then 1 CS trying to access.
Do you have any idea on that? Is it normal considering the load ? If not what parameters (HSDPA, CAC, Power Control...) that could overcome the problem ?
Thanks,
TEK.
