NetMon for NOkia Phones?

Would like to seek for an advice if the following Nokia Phones can be installed with Net Monitor and Cell Tracker.
NOKIA E63
NOKIA E5
or which from Nokia Phones can be installed with these application.

hope anybody can help to shed some info.

And it's the last one, Renesys won't be making Symbian / tech-mode enabled phones anymore.
At the present time, only guys to offer anything decent is Swissqual with Android phones...

AFAIK, Nokia C7 is a Symbian^3 device. Could you please provide FTD (NetMonitor) for Symbian^3 devices if you have it? I mean the one that is made for native S^3 devices.
