You can installing tems 8.x with useful dongle and apgrade to tems 9.0.1beta with patch file tems investigation 9.0.1beta.msp or tems investigation 9.0.1beta.msi. Its work with old useful dongle HASP HL (only upgrade).

first, that procedure is for sentinel dongle. so you need to make sure dongle type is sentinel.
second, if your nemo analyze needs the license key then you need to have license as well.

if it is sentinel dongle, just follow that procedure
you need to uncheck both "overwrite" and "brute WP". then press "**** key"
i have no idea ab expired. usually you can check on help or license menu

Can I ask a question?. I dont have a dongle but I want to work with Tems Route analysis. Can I use Tems with emulator without copying dongle licence. Other way is exist for emulation?

You need to unpack (remove hasp envelope) to work without either dongle and emulator. Such job can be done by skillful c_racker.
