Sudden traffic Loss

We have two site one is 900 only and the second is 1800 only these two site share same antenna but different BCCH carrier, before cells of these site were carrying almost equal erl ie 27 at busy hr, suddenly now 1800 carry 3erl at the same time and the lost traffic goes to nearby site cells located 1km apart.

What are the posible causes? 2K e******* RBS is used.

Do you chek the antenna. Change of Time advanced indicates chances of antenna azimute.
Do you check cell reselection? Ol and Ul? PW of TRX ?

The explanations suspected Hardware Faulty ( Antenna Faulty / DRU Fautly ):
1. Tch Assigment Succes rate < 90 %
2. Handover Incoming succes rate < 95 %
3. Increased SDCCH drop > 10 % from previous performance

1. Trial to Lock TRX

I agree with Mr. David...It might be a HW fault... Also a quick check would be to do a rlcrp on the cells to verify if there trx resource are available or out of service...
