Question from tems 11.0.5 and 12.1

I have 3 question for tems 11.0.1 and 12.1 from all master :

1- I cant found this windows in tems 12.1 (pic from tems 11.0.1)

2-I want a data card for tems 11.0.1 with support download up 7.2 and upload 2.0 up (if Huawei better)

3-Why the w995 support 7.2 for down but when tested average 2~2.5 but when test with data card up to 6~7.

1-you can try find it in "Presentation"
2-huawei more datacard is suppot tems ,and aircard now download is up 42
3-about the ftp test ,sometime is phone is not good then datacard~

What is max for w995???? we could not achieve more than 3mbps but with data card achieved to 7mbps.
